Proper sprinkler head spacing ensures even coverage. We position heads for consistent overlap, adjusted for layout and water pressure, to prevent dry spots and overwatering.
Smart irrigation reduces waste automatically. We install rain sensors and smart controllers that adjust watering based on weather conditions, helping conserve water and prevent unnecessary overwatering.

Concrete construction standards

Our standard for residential patios and walkways is a minimum of 4 inches, with higher-load areas built at 5–6 inches based on load requirements.
Rebar placement is determined by structural demand. Reinforcement is applied selectively or across the full slab when conditions require it.
A stable base supports the slab long-term. We install a compacted stone base several inches thick, adjusted for soil and use, to reduce settling over time.
Concrete naturally cracks as it cures and moves. Our standard is to control where that movement occurs through planned joint placement and reinforcement at stress points.
